Thibaw Palace
It is a palace built in a rural part of Maharashtra where the last King of Burma and his family stayed after being exiled from Burma by the British- If that is not interesting enough... but the palace can do so much better. There is not enough narrative in the walls- whatever exhibits are there sometimes tends to be entirely in the local language. The ticket collectors are super helpful and can be a wealth of information
Bhatye Beach
Bhatye beach is a beautiful beach located very close to Ratnagiri city. It's one of the must visit places near Ratnagiri. The beach itself is usually not crowded. It's usually quite peaceful and a nice place to spend an evening. There not many food or drinks options so carry our own snacks if possible. But ensure you don't leave your mess behind after you leave.
